The original version of “The Realm” didn’t really fit on the more darker and melancholic very first release (sama001), but it was clear that this powerful and positive house joint with its uprising voice recordings has to go public one day. “Hot like the sun and wet like the rain. Rhythmatic movements in unison with others, prolong an act of sensation with no limits or boundaries.” The vibrating title track by upcoming viennese producer Laminat comes with 2 delicate remixes by the likes of Freude am Tanzen signing Thomas Stieler and Vienna’s Ken Hayakawa, who also released on various other labels like Schönbrunner Perlen, Musik Gewinnt Freunde or Flash. “The Realm” communicates an undisputed feel-good vibe not only to those people dancing at heartwarming summer open air & beach parties, but also to those soulful creatures experiencing moments of deep excitation on sweaty indoor dancefloors.
